The degree and status of tutors can be identified from the Islamic literature, wherein Allah (SWT) has sent many teachers in the form of Messenger’s in every time interval to teach their state people, however, this fact escalates the level and degree of the teachers.

In addition to this, Allah (SWT) mentions in the noble Quran the significance of mentors in chapter Baqarah, verse no. 151:

“Like in that we have sent among you a messenger of your own, reciting to you our verses, and purifying you, and instructing you in, you in scripture and wisdom, and in new knowledge.”

In the aforementioned verse Allah (SWT) stating that we sent a messenger who is tutoring you, the noble Quran, the wisdom, and the unknown facts to people of this globe.

In regard to the significance of teachers in Islam, Umar bin Khattab (R.A) the 2nd caliph of Islam said

The demise of a thousand believers is better than the demise of one savant who has discernment of book of Allah

Meanwhile, it has become the trend of modern times that several parents are demanding for female instructors.

Our main goal in acquiring female teachers is to empower the women in the light of Islam. For instance, ‘one day the girl child will attain motherhood, guardian or teacher in her life wherein mother is the first university of its child, who plays a crucial role in nurturing and grooming her kids.
