1. Islamic Education for Children
Grooming children at an early age is the moral responsibility of every parent
and is emphasized in various Hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The goal is to nurture the child so they become responsible and beneficial to society later on.
To support this vision, An-Noor-ul Quran developed the Islamic Education course for minors.
It helps children understand the basic principles and pillars of Islam,
and teaches them the responsibility to carry forward the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
1.1. Purpose of the Course
- Create awareness among children about the values and ethics of Islamic traditions.
- Teach the distinction of uprightness, honesty, and social behavior.
- Encourage kids to adopt traditional morals and ethical behavior in interactions with parents, friends, colleagues, neighbors, and elders.
- Help them understand the role of Islamic education and morals in building an ideal society and encouraging non-Muslims to revert towards Islam.
- Instill the significance of being a true Muslim and convey ancestral messages to the next generation.
1.2. Eligibility Criteria
- Parents who want to acquire Islamic knowledge for their toddlers and children.
- Parents who wish their children to be raised on a righteous path under the guidance of Islam.
- No age limit, gender, color, or nationality restriction. Anyone can apply globally.
1.3. Children’s Course Overview
- Teaching faith fundamentals, names of ALLAH (SWT), their meanings, and interpretations.
- Awareness of cleanliness and how to perform ablution as per Sunnah.
- Guidance on worshiping Allah (SWT), performing congregational prayers, and prayer schedules.
- Biographies, legacies, and important life lessons of Prophets and pious companions.
- Protocols for good social behavior and how to be a practicing Muslim.
