An-Noor-ul Quran has set certain terms and conditions for our valuable e-learners so that they can avail the best services from the industry during their course journey.

• Selection of candidate is done based on his/her evaluation report during the demo session.
• Demo classes are free of cost for a limited session only.
• After choosing the course, the fee must be paid using the available modes of payment. Advance tuition fee must be paid every month; otherwise, services will be discontinued after the last due date.
• If a candidate fails to pay the fee on or before the due date, An-Noor-ul Quran reserves the right to withdraw the candidate from services.
• Leave requests must be informed a day in advance via email. Failure to do so will count as absent, and rescheduling will not be guaranteed. Extreme emergencies may be considered at management’s discretion.
• Rescheduling of lectures will be communicated via registered WhatsApp number or email for candidates who requested leave in advance.
• Non-attendance for more than a fortnight will result in disqualification from all An-Noor-ul Quran services.
• Candidates should not share private data (contact numbers, social media IDs, etc.) with faculty/mentors. An-Noor-ul Quran is not responsible for any disruption arising from such activities.
• An-Noor-ul Quran reserves the right to promote or demote any faculty/mentor based on teaching performance.
• If a faculty quits or is unable to attend lectures due to unforeseen reasons, an alternate mentor of equal qualifications will be arranged.
• Students are advised not to form personal rapport with mentors outside the platform. Violations may lead to fines or legal action.
• Annual fee adjustments of up to 5% or more may occur depending on circumstances.
• An-Noor-ul Quran reserves the right to update organizational policies at any time. Updates will be communicated to students and posted on the e-learning portal.
• These terms and conditions are valid for candidates of all courses.
